Burger House 41 is committed to serving Wisconsin finest products and locally sourced produced. Our burger meat is always fresh from our local butcher at Melotte Meats, our hard rolls are baked in Sheboygan and all our cheeses & frozen custard features Wisconsin’s finest dairy. Our menu is filled with Wisconsin products and we invite you to taste the difference.      

 

Our Signature Burgers

Our exclusive burger recipe was crafted by an expert team of UW-Madison’s Meat and Food Science graduate and undergrads.  The secret recipe uses a variety of premium fresh Angus beef cuts creating a tastier, juicier burger.  Our meat is always fresh, never frozen.  We carefully hand-patty each burger and always grill to order.
