Our exclusive burger recipe was crafted by an expert team of UW-Madison’s Meat and Food Science graduate and undergrads. The secret recipe uses a variety of premium fresh Angus beef cuts creating a tastier, juicier burger. Our meat is always fresh, never frozen. We carefully hand-patty each burger and always grill to order.
